Mechanisms and drives

Przedsiębiorstwo HAK Sp. z o.o., a crane manufacturer, offers repair and modernization services for crane mechanisms and drives based on maintenance authorizations and approvals granted by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).

• decision No. UD-28-9-N/2-08, dated april 16, 2008 – repairs,
• decision No. UD-28-9-P/1-03, dated september 15, 2003 – modernizations.

Scope of repairs, modernizations, and overhauls of crane mechanisms and drives:

• inspections of crane mechanisms, including assessment of hoisting and traveling mechanisms and evaluation of permissible wear, with a technical opinion,
• preparation of documentation for the repair and modernization of crane mechanisms, with approval from the appropriate regional technical inspection office,
• repairs and modernizations of hoisting and traveling mechanisms for winches and cranes,
• preparation of as-built, acceptance, and supplementary documentation for the completed repair or modernization of crane mechanisms, as well as for areas outside the scope of the work,
• preparing cranes for inspection after repair or modernization, including providing weights and conducting load tests in compliance with Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) requirements,
• participation in the technical inspection of cranes, ensuring the availability of weights for testing, operator services, and maintenance personnel as required by the client.
