A self-propelled platform equipped with a drive system based on omnidirectional Mecanum wheels.

Applications:

• Transport and handling of loads in storage, processing, and assembly areas.
• Transport of auxiliary loads, such as assembly support devices, assembly components, goods, and materials.
• Transport of loads in restricted spaces.

Technical Description:

• The platform is equipped with Mecanum wheel sets, allowing free maneuvering in any space, including very restricted areas, and smooth movement in all directions, including rotation around a vertical axis.
• The device features a scissor-lift platform supported by hydraulic lifts, raising it to a specified height.
• The wheel construction also allows safe passage of the platform over tracks present in the production hall.
• Power Supply: Gel battery, recharged at a charging station.
• Control: Radio and emergency cassette.
• The platform's movement and lift operation are powered by batteries charged at the charging station.
• Safety Systems: Light and sound signaling, pressure strip around the lifted platform.
• The specified parameters can be adjusted to meet user requirements.
