Technological crane for transporting film rolls

The crane is designed for automated handling of the technological process in a plastic manufacturing plant. It is equipped with an electromechanically operated gripping device for handling loads. The crane is fully remotely operated, facilitated by an integrated radio system.

Applications:

• transport of film rolls (drums), paper bales,
• transport of profiles and rollers.

Technical Description:

• double-girder crane, equipped with a trolley and permanently mounted special lifting beam,
• lifting beammounting is achieved via a pantograph guide,
• the lifting beamis equipped with a gripping device adapted for handling film-wrapped drums, lifting them, and placing them on dedicated stands,
• gripping and releasing of the device is done electromechanically,
• load positioning and vertical movement are performed using wire rope hoists,
• the use of pantograph guides provides load stabilization and minimal system height,
• crane operation is semi-automatic,
• the entire process is controlled remotely via a radio system,
• the specified parameters can be adjusted according to the user's needs.
