Przedsiębiorstwo HAK Sp. z o.o. is the exclusive Polish distributor of Gantrail components and technology for flexible rail fastening systems. Long-term cooperation with the manufacturer and numerous completed projects enable us to provide specialized expertise in the construction of crane tracks for various industrial sectors.
The flexible rail fastening system is designed to simplify installation and reduce the operational costs of crane tracks. It involves the use of elastic pads under the rail base and special clamps with elastomer tips to secure the rail to the substrate. This solution ensures a firm hold while allowing lateral adjustment of the rails during both installation and operation. The clamps are available in either welded or bolted versions for attachment to the supporting structure of the track. The system is complemented by the use of special mineral or resin compounds to fill the space between leveled steel pads and the concrete base.
