Using the Gantrail Mark 1 pad between the rail and its support significantly improves the lifespan and performance of crane tracks. Cranes exert very strong pressure on the structures they move across—the pad substantially reduces the stresses between the rail and the supporting structure. The Gantrail pad is one of three key components for achieving a durable rail track. The components are: the elastic pad, robust adjustable clamps, and continuously welded rail.

Technical description:

• in combination with Gantrail adjustable rail clamps, the elastic washer significantly reduces the stresses occurring in the rail and rail components,
• it allows small movements of the rail, enabling it to adjust to the crane's motion,
• it ensures the even distribution of loads onto the supporting structure.
