Technical Description of the Quenching Furnace Crane:

• the crane consists of a gantry with a column moving along its dedicated track, a fork grip for lifting elements in the furnace, and a power and control system,
• the gantry is made up of end carriages connected by a frame structure, serving as the load-bearing structure,
• the gantry structure houses the lifting and lowering drive for the manipulator's column,
• the column includes a segment moving in guides, which also serves as the fork grip for removing elements from the furnace,
• the system is adapted for signal exchange with the master control system,
• the manipulator is equipped with a radio control system, designed for integration and signal exchange with the master control system.
