Rotor Stands
The 35-ton rotor stand has been designed and manufactured to provide safe, stable and long-term support for rotors of large industrial machines and equipment. The structure is based on a proven design concept from previous projects and has been adapted to meet high operational requirements and stringent quality standards.
Manufactured from high-strength structural steel, the stand complies with EN 10204 3.1 certification requirements and has undergone a full scope of non-destructive testing (NDT): VT (visual testing), PT (liquid penetrant testing), MT (magnetic particle testing) and UT (ultrasonic testing).
The design ensures reliable support of rotors during assembly, maintenance and transport operations. The well-engineered arrangement of components and optimized geometry provide uniform load distribution and safe, efficient handling under industrial conditions.
