This system is designed for handling large cargo during various stages of assembly and processing. It is intended for use inside industrial halls and is primarily dedicated to managing technological processes. The equipment is fully automated, from movement along the track to cargo manipulation.

Application:

• transport of rail vehicle boxes between assembly stages and painting processing,
• transport of large loads on the production line.

Technical Description:

• the system consists of a steel structure mounted on eight rail wheels, equipped with service platforms,
• movement along a track with 4 parallel rails,
• equipped with an extension system with a gripping mechanism for automatic loading and unloading of wagon boxes,
• features approach rollers to ensure smooth transition of transport carts from access tracks to the transfer system and vice versa,
• locking mechanism to stabilize the position of the transfer system on the track,
• controlled via radio from a work level with a manipulative transmitter,
• powered by a conductor rail mounted on the hall's ceiling structure,
• safety features include laser scanners to prevent collisions with objects and personnel, barriers along the long sides of the device, emergency stop buttons, and visual and acoustic signaling,
• the provided parameters can be adjusted to meet user requirements.
