Inspections and Maintenance

We perform inspections and maintenance for slings, hooks, and other lifting equipment accessories.

Periodic inspection of slings includes:

• Checking the current technical condition of wire rope, chain, web, and special slings.
• Subjecting slings to a strength test.
• Marking the slings with the date of the next technical inspection.
• Issuing new certificates of testing and inspection.

Maintenance of slings and other lifting equipment (such as spreader beams, hooks, grabs, and clutches) includes:

• Assessing the current technical condition.
• Replacing deformed, damaged, and corroded components.
• Renewing the paint coating.
• Performing strength tests.
• Marking the equipment with the date of the next technical inspection.
• Issuing new certificates of testing and inspection.
