General Information

The data administrator and operator of the www.hak.com.pl website is HAK sp. z o.o., located at ul. Jerzmanowska 8f, 54-519 Wrocław, KRS 0000079404, phone: +48 71 349 35 45.

The definitions of terms follow the glossary from the Terms of Service or as described in this Privacy Policy (if explicitly provided).

The term “GDPR” refers to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

If you have an account on our website, we process your data such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, company or residential address, correspondence address, VAT number (NIP), business identification number (REGON), and IP address.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed:

  • in compliance with data protection regulations,
  • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • within the scope necessary for establishing, shaping, amending, or terminating the contract and the proper execution of services provided electronically,
  • within the scope necessary to fulfill legitimate interests, provided processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject, and in line with the consent provided by you.

Each individual whose data we process (when we act as the data controller) has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their data,
  • object to processing,
  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Office).

Your data will be processed in our system in an automated manner.

Although we have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, you can contact the person responsible for data processing at our company via email: kod@hak.com.pl for any privacy-related matters.

Your personal data will be retained for 3 months after the deletion of your account from our service. We reserve the right to process your data after contract termination or withdrawal of consent solely for legal claims or when required by national, EU, or international law.

The service provider may share the user's personal data with authorized entities under applicable legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).

Data deletion may occur due to the withdrawal of consent or legally permitted objection to data processing.

We have implemented access controls to minimize potential data security breaches.

Personal data is processed solely by authorized personnel or processors with whom we collaborate closely.

Providing personal data in forms is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the conclusion of a contract for electronic services.

Information in Forms

The website collects information voluntarily provided by users.

Data from forms may be registered as a client database by the Service Operator in the register maintained by the Personal Data Protection Office.
