Mobile cranes and lifts - structural repairs

Przedsiębiorstwo HAK Sp. z o.o. holds specialized welding certifications and authorizations for the repair and modernization of lifting devices, granted by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) and the Transport Technical Inspection (TDT). These certifications enable us to perform structural repairs on steel components of devices such as mobile cranes, telescopic cranes, lifts, and other similar equipment.

We offer professional repair services for operational damage, including cracks, weld defects, and various deformations of load-bearing steel structures. Each planned repair is supported by a detailed technological project, which is approved by the UDT.

We have a qualified team experienced in repairing and refurbishing steel structures of this type of equipment. All repairs and modernizations meet the quality requirements for welding processes specified in the PN-EN ISO 3834 standard, confirmed by the relevant certification. Our team also uses professional, certified equipment for non-destructive testing of welded joints, essential for assessing damage and determining the repair technology and scope.

Scope of repair/modernization services:

• diagnosis of damage,
• preparation of a preliminary repair project in collaboration with welding specialists,
• conducting material and weld tests,
• development of a repair or modernization project, including welding technology,
• approval of the project with the appropriate authority (UDT/TDT/WDT),
• preparation of execution documentation,
• preparation of post-completion documentation,
• execution of repairs using modern technologies,
• completion of UDT acceptance procedures.
