Load-bearing structures

Przedsiębiorstwo HAK Sp. z o.o., a crane manufacturer, offers repair and modernization services for crane load-bearing structures. These services are performed under the authorization of the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT):

• decision No. UD-28-9-N/2-08, dated april 16, 2008 – repairs,
• decision No. UD-28-9-P/1-03, dated september 15, 2003 – modernizations.

Scope of crane repairs, modernizations, and overhauls:

• inspection, geometry measurements, and condition assessment of crane load-bearing structures, including a technical opinion,
• preparation of documentation for repairs or modernization, with approval from the appropriate regional technical inspection office,
• modification of crane load-bearing structures, including lengthening, shortening, or heightening, to adapt to changing location conditions or technological processed,
• increasing the load capacity of structures on installed or dismantled cranes,
• repair of wheels, cracks, dents, and other damages to crane components,
• renovation of protective paint coatings,
• preparation of as-built, acceptance, and supplementary documentation for completed repairs or modernizations, as well as additional documentation outside the scope of the work performed,
• preparing cranes for inspection after repairs or modernizations, including the provision of test weights and conducting load tests in compliance with Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) requirements,
• participation in technical inspections of cranes, ensuring the provision of test weights, operator services, and maintenance personnel as required by the client.

The scope of services is customized to the client’s requirements and based on an initial assessment of the crane's condition.

Work is carried out both at the client’s site and at Przedsiębiorstwo HAK Sp. z o.o. headquarters in Wrocław.
