Lifting Devices - Compliance with Machinery Requirements

If your lifting devices do not meet the safety requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy dated October 30, 2002 (implementing the Machinery Directive 89/655/EEC, currently 2009/104/EC), we offer expertise and services to adapt your lifting equipment to the minimum machinery requirements.

Scope of Services:

• conducting compliance assessments of devices with the regulation requirements,
• preparing the necessary documentation for device modernization,
• modernizing the device to implement the changes required by the regulations.

Modernization work is carried out under the authorization granted by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT):

• decision No. UD-28-9-P/3-16 dated August 4, 2016 – modernizations.
