Vehicle transfer platforms

A transfer table is a type of lifting device used for horizontal transport of loads. It is designed to move vehicles and other elements weighing up to 400 tons and is used in industrial plants in the automotive and railway industries, as well as in facilities where wagons are used to transport materials. The capabilities offered by transfer tables are also utilized in other industrial sectors—process transfers are employed to move loads between various stages of technological processes.

HAK manufactures all types of transfer tables - wagon transfer tables, wheeled vehicle transfer systems, process transfer systems, and even helicopter transport systems. All devices are designed and produced with consideration for the specific needs of the process, existing plant infrastructure, and the transported loads. Our systems incorporate modern technical solutions allowing for automatic or semi-automatic control and synchronization with other machines. We guarantee training for device operation and technical support at every stage of solution implementation.

Transfer Tables - Design and Functionality

A transfer table is a device that moves horizontally along tracks. It is used for transporting vehicles and other loads, often of very large mass, between various production, loading, or assembly stations. A standard transfer system is used to move vehicles from one track to another parallel track. For example, a wagon transfer tables is used to move produced wagons between assembly stages or a transfer system that allows repositioning a locomotive between parallel tracks.

Railway or tram transfer tables are the most commonly encountered. They are also used in rail vehicle depots, tram depots, and factories for rail or wheeled vehicles to move vehicles either when finished or at various stages of their production. Process transfer tables are used where there is a need to move large loads—such as molds and materials—across different production processes. Both wagon and process transfer tables rely on modern technical solutions and can be adapted for automatic or semi-automatic operation.
