Railcar transborder 100t
The railcar transborder is designed for handling rail vehicles with a load capacity of 100 tons. It is powered via a cable festoon system and equipped with a radio remote control system. The device moves along rails and enables the lateral transfer of loaded railcars between parallel tracks. The maximum travel speed is 40 m/min, and the total length of the transborder is 16000 mm. The movement of railcars is facilitated by a specialized rail-mounted pusher vehicle, while a capstan winch is additionally implemented for railcar manipulation. The presented device is an example of a custom-engineered solution tailored to the specific requirements of the user.
