The solution is designed to handle the technological process in a precast concrete factory.

Technical Description:

• The solution is based on a combination of a column crane concept working on a dedicated supporting structure and mechanisms used in paddle-type finishing machines.
• Processed precast elements are placed on a service table located under the structure—the mechanism allows finishing concrete on a surface of approximately 25 m² (1500 x 17000 mm).
• The mechanism is operated freely by setting the cycle in automatic mode or using a joystick-equipped remote control.
• Collision protection is provided by signaling when the column reaches the parking position on any part of the track.
• Precise operation is ensured by a data exchange system based on transmitters and sensors.
• Compact system construction maximizes the use of installation space.
• The system can be made in various dimensional configurations.
• Parameters can be adjusted to meet the user’s needs.
