Sleeper transport lifting beam

The lifting beam is designed for the simultaneous transport of a large number of railway sleepers. It is equipped with 70 suspension points, allowing for the transport of up to 56 railway sleepers at once. The lifting beam is intended for installation on an SBT-type railway crane.

Application:

• lifting and transporting railway sleepers,
• transporting loads on two-strand slings.

Technical Description:

• compatible with an SBT-type railway crane,
• capable of transporting 70 railway sleepers simultaneously,
• the solution consists of five parts with a specialized connection mechanism,
• sling mounting hole spacing: 50 mm,
• single sling mounting hole diameter: 20 mm,
• hole markings for easy adjustment of sleeper spacing,
• slings are equipped with double clamps for securing the sleepers,
• the provided parameters can be customized to meet the user’s specific requirements.
