A manipulator crane, also known as an articulated-arm crane, is designed to improve assembly operations on production lines. The crane is intended to be mounted exclusively on a pre-prepared floor. This fully automated crane does not require any physical effort from the operator, as it is controlled via a control panel and positioning grips.

 Application:

•  Manipulating tools in technological processes,
• Handling loads (components, parts) in assembly processes,
• Manipulating loads during loading onto processing machines,
• Moving loads within the work area while avoiding surrounding obstacles.

 Technical description:

•  The use of an articulated-arm pillar crane allows easy access to confined work areas (e.g., inside machines or vehicles).
• The articulated arm enables efficient and safe placement of loads on machines and inside equipment.
• The rotating jib allows the manipulator crane to cover a work area with a radius equal to the length of the jib, greatly speeding up operations at the workstation.
• The articulated arm can be equipped with gripping elements tailored to the needs of the assembly or processing tasks.
• The articulated crane can also be made in a version mounted to a wall or building structure.
• The provided parameters can be adjusted to meet the user’s specific needs.
