Each crane is equipped with a mounting base that allows it to be positioned on a railway platform in three working positions perpendicular to the axis of the wagon and in two transport positions parallel to the axis of the wagon. The cranes are equipped with an electric chain hoist and a universal grip for transporting S49 and UIC60 railway rails.
Application:
Designed for loading and unloading rails from the railway platform and laying them along the constructed railway route. A single crane can be operated for short rail sections or a set of cranes (up to 4 units) for long rail sections.
Crane for Rail Transport Mounted on a Railway Platform
Each crane is equipped with a mounting base that allows it to be positioned on a railway platform in three working positions perpendicular to the axis of the wagon and in two transport positions parallel to the axis of the wagon. The cranes are equipped with an electric chain hoist and a universal grip for transporting S49 and UIC60 railway rails. The crane arm is designed to level out the track curvature, ensuring horizontal positioning.
Control is done through a radio system configured for selective operation – each crane individually, synchronously in selected pairs, or all cranes simultaneously. Emergency control is also available, where each crane can be operated individually through a control panel mounted directly on the hoist.
Due to its specific setup, the railway crane is powered by either a battery or a diesel generator, which is part of the crane’s equipment. A single crane can be operated for short rail sections, or a set of cranes (up to 4 units) for long rail sections. The presented device is an example of a special technical solution, designed and manufactured to meet specific conditions.
Application:
Designed for loading and unloading rails from the railway platform and laying them along the constructed railway route.
Technical description:
The provided parameters can be adjusted to meet the user’s specific needs.
