Jib cranes
Jib cranes are stationary lifting devices used in industrial facilities across various sectors. They serve as a replacement for mobile equipment such as gantry cranes, hoists, or forklifts – their design allows for wide functionality, improving efficiency and ensuring greater work safety. They can be installed using building infrastructure elements, making them a cheaper solution than gantry cranes and significantly easier to use.
As a manufacturer, we offer a wide range of stationary jib cranes, allowing for the adaptation of solutions to the technological process requirements. Our product range includes pillar cranes and wall-mounted cranes, as well as specialized versions designed to service specific stages of technological processes. Our jib cranes are always tailored to the customer's needs and facility infrastructure. All devices meet regulatory standards, are provided with the necessary documentation, and come with a warranty.
Jib cranes – design and functionality
A stationary jib crane, also referred to as a workshop lift, is a highly versatile device that can be closely adapted to technological process requirements and facility infrastructure. In large halls, they are mainly used to service a single workstation or one stage of a technological process. In smaller facilities, such as automotive workshops, artisan shops, or small warehouses, a jib crane can cover almost the entire workspace, providing support for various production, assembly, or loading processes.
The primary criteria for selecting a jib crane are the size of the area it needs to cover, determined by the crane's height and jib length. Depending on the requirements, a jib crane can be equipped with a manual or electric hoist, and the crane's rotation can also be manual or electric. The crane can be further equipped with dedicated transport grips and appropriate spreaders, which facilitate the handling of specific types of loads.
HAK Company specializes in designing and manufacturing industrial cranes, as well as cranes for wastewater treatment plants and manipulator cranes. We also offer repair and modernization services for construction cranes, including the reconstruction of their components.
