Grabs are hydraulically or electrohydraulically powered devices that serve as auxiliary equipment for lifting machinery. They are used for handling bulk or piece materials – for transporting wood, stones, branches, trees, garbage, light industry waste, shredded tires, scrap metal, pig iron, ferroalloys, heavy industry waste, as well as sludge.

Special grabs are dedicated devices designed and manufactured by HAK Company for specific, individual applications. The jaws, specially shaped to accommodate the form and characteristics of the load, allow for the handling or loading of various materials, such as distillery spent grains, sugarcane, composites, algae, single wooden beams, graphite electrodes, lumber, wooden bales, loose wood, as well as forestry and light industry waste.

Compliance with the applicable European Directives is ensured by the placement of the CE marking on the device and the inclusion of a declaration of conformity.
