Gantry hoists

Gantry hoists, gantry hoist – also referred to as a jib crane or workshop gantry – is one of the most popular solutions for lifting loads, used in various types of facilities. It is ideal as lifting equipment for hoisting, handling, assembly, and repair work where lifting loads of up to 3200 kg is required. The advantage of workshop gantries lies in their design, which allows for easy assembly and disassembly, as well as mobility, enabling them to be moved between workstations.

The gantry hoists produced by HAK Company are high-quality devices, manufactured with the customer’s requirements in mind. They offer a wide range of technical possibilities – both in terms of height and width – which can be modified within certain ranges. Our mobile cranes are equipped with reliable manual and electric hoists, and in case of specific needs, we design special versions tailored to unique requirements. All HAK gantries come with the necessary documentation, warranty, and quality certification.

Gantry Hoist – Design and Functionality The workshop gantry is similar in design to a crane, retaining most of its functionality, though on a much smaller scale. What sets it apart from cranes is the inability to move the loaded device – gantry hoists can only be used in a stationary position to perform tasks at a workstation or operate machinery. However, the small size and simple structure of the device allow for quick disassembly and transportation to another work location. Equipping them with travel sets also enables rapid movement between different points in a facility. This makes them versatile equipment, particularly useful for tasks performed at various sites.

Mobile cranes are indispensable for tasks such as machine field maintenance, sewer works, stonemasonry, or workshop operations – they allow for safe and efficient lifting of loads while other tasks are performed. Special workshop gantries can be equipped with additional accessories tailored strictly to the customer's production requirements. It is also possible to manufacture them in non-standard sizes, in an elevated version, or adapted for harsh working conditions.
