A double-girder crane, equipped with a mobile suction apparatus in place of a hoist, used for extracting materials with a loose and fine-grained consistency. It also includes a cooling tank for the collected materials.

Applications:

• Extracting lightweight loose materials from containers and furnaces,
• Supporting processes that involve the use of loose waste or by-products for multiple uses,
• Extracting, transporting, and cooling materials at high temperatures.

Technical Description:

• A double-girder box construction crane with a suction apparatus mounted on the trolley,
• The suction apparatus allows for the extraction of hot material from the furnace using a suction pipe and a high-capacity compressor,
• The hot material is transported in the apparatus tank and deposited in an appropriate cooling container for reuse,
• The tanks for hot material are made of heat-resistant steel,
• The integration of the suction apparatus with the crane structure optimizes the use of hall space,
• The specified parameters can be tailored to the user’s needs.
