A double-girder crane equipped with a specially designed lifting beam, mounted on telescopic guides. It is fitted with gripping elements with adjustable spacing, controlled via a radio system.

Applications:

• transport of tambours (long rolls) wrapped in foil or other material,
• transport of long items such as pipes, beams, profiles, rollers, or container molds,
• supporting processes that require load positioning and manipulation.

Technical Description:

• double-girder crane equipped with a trolley and a permanently mounted special lifting beam,
• the lifting beam is mounted via telescopic guides,
• the lifting beam is fitted with two pairs of gripping arms, selected based on the current technological process,
• smooth adjustment of the arm spacing allows for the transport of rolls of varying widths,
• the axis of the rolls (tambour axis) can be aligned along the crane girders or perpendicular to them, achieved by mechanically rotating the lifting beam,
• vertical movement is provided by a hoist and guiding columns,
• the lifting beam can complete a full rotation at a speed of approximately 1 revolution per minute,
• the entire process is controlled remotely via a radio system,
• the specified parameters can be tailored to the user’s specific requirements.
