A double-girder gantry crane with a trolley equipped with a suction apparatus and cooling tanks for the extracted material. It allows for the collection and discharge of materials in processes requiring handling of loose by-products.

Applications:

• handling the process of emptying furnaces, such as ring furnaces, of charge material like metallurgical coke,
• suction, collection, cooling, and transport of fine-grained, high-temperature loose materials,
• suction of fine coal, slag, coke, gravel, etc.

Technical Description:

• the crane is based on a gantry crane design,
• the crane's trolley is equipped with cooling tanks to cool the extracted material,
• the containers are emptied using a pneumatic slide gate,
• discharge of the collected material is done through a loading chute,
• material is suctioned using a suction pipe, Equipped with an air cooler with a tank fill level sensor,
• the specified parameters can be tailored to the user’s requirements.
