A semi-automatic double-girder device equipped with a trolley and a fixed special lifting beam mounted on a pantograph. The electromechanical lifting beam grip is designed for handling long loads.

Applications:

• gripping, lifting, and transporting rolls (tambours) wrapped in material, as well as profiles, pipes, and rollers,
• moving loads between the production area and storage field,
• stabilizing the load during transport through rigid guidance.

Technical description:

• double-girder crane equipped with a trolley and a fixed special lifting beam,
• the lifting beam is mounted using a pantograph-style guide,
• the lifting beam features a grip adapted to handle tambours wrapped in foil, lifting and placing them on designated stands,
• opening and closing of the grip is done electromechanically,
• load movement and vertical lifting are achieved using wire rope hoists,
• the pantograph guide allows for load stabilization and minimizes the system’s installation height,
• the crane operates semi-automatically,
• the entire process is controlled remotely via a radio system,
• the specified parameters can be customized to meet the user’s specific requirements.
