A double-girder overhead crane mounted on a runway installed on the hall’s structure. The crane is equipped with a traveling hoist and a grab mechanism in the form of a two-shell grab, made from materials certified for contact with food. The crane is radio-controlled, with emergency backup control via a cable pendant.
