Semi-gantry cranes
They are a variation of gantry cranes—in their design, the bridge is supported on one side by a runway mounted on the wall or a steel structure of the hall. They are characterized by high technical capabilities and versatility of applications.
Applications:
- Transporting loads in areas where the use of overhead or gantry cranes is not feasible,
- Transporting loads both outside and inside industrial facilities, utilizing the hall wall for support,
- Moving loads in various environmental conditions.
Semi-gantry cranes are most commonly used inside industrial halls. Their distinctive feature is that one side of the crane bridge is supported by a side support moving along a runway on the ground, while the other side is supported by an end truck on a runway mounted on the hall structure. They are typically used where transport takes place along one side of the hall bay. We design and manufacture semi-gantry cranes tailored to specific applications and working conditions.
