Welded Clamps

Welded clamps are secured to the foundation by welding the lower part of the clamp, while the upper part is fastened using a hammer-head bolt. This series of clamps offers greater strength and is typically used in environments with heavy operating conditions and high loads.

All clamps feature rubber noses that apply controlled pressure on the rail. The size of the nose is selected based on the characteristics of the clamp and the rail. The noses ensure proper clamping of the rail to the foundation, preventing dirt from entering under the rail and stopping the rail from shifting along the track. The rubber element also allows for slight rail lifting due to the leading wave generated in the rail when the crane moves along the track, thereby reducing fatigue stress levels.
