Hoist System

The hoist system is designed for the efficient and safe lifting of bundles of sheet metal to a specified height, meeting technological needs across different industries.

Transporting loads in the form of flat bundles and packages is a crucial technological element in many production facilities and warehouses. In response to this need, a device was developed for the vertical transport of sheet metal, designed to operate in environments with corrosive chemicals and explosive atmospheres.

FEATURES OF THE HOIST SYSTEM

• The base of the device consists of a steel construction made from I-beams.
• The device features a stable platform as its base.
• Guides are mounted on the inner side of the columns, in which a rack with four pairs of arms moves.
• Sheet metal bundles are placed on the shelves of the rack, sized to ensure stable stacking.
• Loads on the rack are placed using a forklift.
• To eliminate stability risks, the device is equipped with a pair of rolling wheels mounted on the rear part of the base.
• Electrical and hydraulic components of the device are installed on the side of the casing opposite to the rack.
• Rack movement is powered by a pair of hydraulic cylinders mounted on the casing within the plane of the columns, with power provided by a hydraulic unit.
• The system can be made in various size and load configurations.
