Rotary manipulator for roll transport

This device is designed for efficient, safe, and effective transport of rolls in production and warehouse processes across various industries.

The roll transport manipulator is based on a double-girder bridge crane construction, equipped with a rotary lifting beams mounted on rigid articulated cables, enabling stable lifting and lowering of the load. An additional feature is the semi-automatic operation system, which allows the device to be programmed with specific movement sequences and stopping at precisely designated positions.

Safety for users and protection of materials are paramount in our design. The rotary manipulator is equipped with safety systems, such as overload sensors and emergency stop mechanisms, which minimize the risk of accidents and damage. Additionally, the stable base in the form of a crane and locking mechanisms ensure safe operation during roll handling.
