Automatic System for Alternative Fuel Storage

Our solution is designed to optimize the storage and transport processes for fuels in warehouses, ensuring high efficiency, safety, and operational reliability. The automated system, consisting of two devices equipped with grabs, is intended for managing the storage and retrieval of material in alternative fuel warehouses.

The storage of problematic materials—those harmful to health—requires a solution that minimizes direct human involvement in managing equipment operations. For alternative fuel warehouses, particularly those handling dust-forming materials, a system of two cranes equipped with grabs has been developed. This setup allows for the management of the storage and movement of materials within a closed system, controlled automatically and managed externally.

Our crane system is designed with the highest safety standards in mind. Integrated emergency stop systems and fill level sensors ensure safe operation and minimize the risk of overfilling or accidental spillage of fuel. Additionally, emission control and dust extraction systems protect the environment from contamination and reduce the impact on worker health.
