Production Automation - Implementation Stages

HAK Sp. z o.o., as a producer of technical solutions in the field of internal transport, offers activities related to the automation of production and transport processes, aimed at increasing efficiency and safety.

1. Professional Needs Assessment

1. Our goal is to respond to the current and future needs of our clients and to provide solutions tailored precisely to production requirements. Our implementations are preceded by a thorough analysis of requirements and process data, considering the investment's profitability and development plans. In the machines and equipment we design, we use intelligent control technologies to optimize auxiliary tasks – transport and warehouse – in automated technological processes:
• Machines supporting the assembly of devices and components,
• Machines for transporting loads,
• Machines for handling warehouses and transshipment processes,
• Solutions controlling the flow of materials and loads within technological lines.

2. Design

Designing an automation solution for a device or technological line is a lengthy process involving specialists from various fields. Initially, after identifying the client's needs, we create the initial concept of the device, which is modified during conceptual meetings. Once approved, we begin the design work, including steel construction, electrical work, and automation of the solution. The developed project must be approved by the client before moving to the production stage.

3. Production

In the production of our devices, we use the highest quality materials and modern technologies in line with Industry 4.0. Production work follows the previously agreed schedule, and the client has insight into the production process at every stage. The resulting solutions undergo technical trials and tests, including using original target loads, ensuring correct implementation.

This stage allows for the introduction of some design modifications, discussed with the client and subject to their approval.

4. Implementation

The implementation of the developed solution involves not only assembly but also testing and commissioning, and ultimately the operation of the solution. Our specialists participate in all stages, providing support and technical assistance during the initial period of device operation.

5. Warranty and post-warranty service

All machines and equipment produced by HAK Sp. z o.o. come with the required documentation and quality certification. We provide a minimum of one-year warranty and post-warranty support for all our products.
