Double-girder overhead cranes are solutions used across all industries. They are found in production halls and warehouses, and are also designed for use in open areas of industrial plants.
The primary component of a double-girder overhead crane is a bridge consisting of two parallel girders, supported by end carriages. The end carriages are equipped with a travel system, allowing the crane to move along the track. The track for double-girder overhead cranes is mounted on a specially designed structure with appropriate strength. One track can accommodate one or several cranes of this type, equipped with collision avoidance systems.
The main equipment for double-girder cranes includes electric hoists, and the control of the travel and lifting systems is carried out using a radio control system. These cranes have a load capacity ranging from 1.6 tons to 400 tons, with a bridge span of up to 35 meters.
