Cranes designed to support the technological process in alternative fuel storage.

Applications:

• spreading alternative fuel in the storage area, homogenization (even mixing), and loading onto feeders,
• transport and movement of bulk materials in industries such as mining, energy, and grain, as well as homogenization of waste and aggregates.

Technical Description:

• each crane is equipped with a two-shell electrohydraulic bucket for bulk material transport,
• cranes operate automatically,
• the operator's control room is located outside the storage area due to high dust levels,
• crane operation is initiated on the operator's request when fuel storage is required,
• cranes collect material from the dumping area and place it in free storage spots, automatically located using sensors and scanners mounted on the equipment,
• loading material onto the feeder (which is then picked up by a truck) is also automated,
• the system ensures the transfer of 90 cubic meters of fuel from any location in the storage area to the feeder within 15 minutes while maintaining a GNP A6 work resource,
• the given parameters can be adjusted to meet the user's needs.
