Cranes for Railway Rail Installation
The presented device exemplifies a specialized technical solution designed and manufactured for specific conditions.
Application:
Intended for loading and unloading rails from a railway platform, as well as for positioning them along the constructed railway route. A single crane can be used for short rail sections, or a set of cranes (up to 4 units) for long rail sections.
Construction:
Each crane is equipped with a mounting foot allowing its placement on the railway platform in three working positions perpendicular to the wagon axis, and two transport positions parallel to the wagon axis. The cranes are equipped with an electric chain hoist and a universal rail holder for S49 and UIC60 railway rails. The crane arm, thanks to its design solutions, levels itself horizontally to accommodate the curvature of the railway track.
Control:
Control is performed via a radio system configured to allow selective operation – each crane individually, synchronously in any chosen pairs, or all cranes simultaneously. Emergency control is also available for each crane individually via a panel mounted directly at the hoist.
Power Supply:
Due to the specific nature of its installation, the railway crane is powered by either a battery or a gasoline generator provided with the crane.
Technical Description:
The provided parameters can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of the user.
