Steel Coil Transport Trolley

A rail-mounted transport platform powered by a busbar, designed for transporting steel coils. Its special construction prevents uncontrolled sliding of the coil off the platform during transport. The device is remotely operated and moves along a specially prepared track permanently embedded in the floor.

Applications:

• Transport (loading and unloading) of steel coils weighing up to 10 tons
• Transport of loads in the form of coils, rolls, and spools

Technical Description:

• The transport platform of the trolley is designed to stabilize the load position
• Control of the trolley is done from a control panel mounted at the end of the track
• Ability to call and recall the trolley from the opposite end of the track
• The 12-meter-long track is mounted directly to the floor
• Work safety is ensured by the creation of a safe zone with barriers
• The provided parameters can be adjusted to meet the user’s needs
