System of automatic cranes for fuel storage management

The cranes are designed to support technological processes in an alternative fuel storage facility. Each crane is equipped with a clamshell grab capable of horizontal and vertical movement via a trolley with a wire rope hoist.

Applications:

  • Distribution of alternative fuel within the storage facility, homogenization (even mixing), and loading onto feeders.
  • Transportation and handling of bulk materials in industries such as mining, energy, grain, as well as homogenization of waste and aggregates.

Technical Description:

  • Each crane is equipped with an electrohydraulic clamshell grab designed for handling bulk materials.
  • The cranes operate in a fully automated mode.
  • The operator's control station is located outside the storage facility due to high dust levels.
  • Cranes are activated on-demand by the operator when fuel storage is required.
  • Cranes collect material from the feed chute and deposit it in an automatically identified free space within the storage area, using sensors and scanners installed on the devices.
  • Loading material onto the feeder (which is then transported by truck) is also fully automated.
  • The system ensures the transfer of 90 cubic meters of fuel from any location in the storage facility to the feeder within 15 minutes while maintaining the workload cycle for GNP A6.
  • All specified parameters can be customized to meet the user's requirements.
