The crane is designed for handling technological processes in a plastics factory. The technical solutions implemented allow for future automation of the technological process. The device is equipped with two pairs of adjustable clamps, whose spacing can be adapted to the transported loads (rolls, profiles, rollers).

Applications:

• transport of film rolls (drums) and paper bales,
• transport of pipes, profiles, rollers, and containers,
• handling processes requiring load positioning and manipulation.

Technical description:

• crane type: double girder crane with a permanently mounted special rotating lifting beam,
• lifting beam mounting: achieved via telescopic guides,
• lifting beam features: equipped with two pairs of gripping clamps, selected based on the current technological process,
• clamps adjustment: smooth adjustment of clamp spacing, allowing for the transport of rolls of varying widths,
• rolls positioning: mechanical rotation of the lifting beam enables positioning of the rolls along or perpendicular to the crane's girders,
• vertical movement: managed using a hoist and guide columns,
• lifting beam rotation speed: approximately one rotation per minute,
• control: remote operation via a radio system,
• custom adjustments: parameters can be tailored to the user's specific requirements.
