Training - UDT maintenance

Training covers the following devices:

  • overhead cranes, hoists, winches and jib cranes controlled from the working level,
  • overhead cranes, hoists, jib crane winches controlled from the cabin,
  • tower cranes,
  • mobile cranes (on a truck chassis),
  • portable cranes (HDS),
  • slow-running platforms (so-called scissor and boom lifts),
  • self-propelled platforms (on a car chassis),
  • forklifts (lift trucks with mechanical lifting drive).

 

Target group:

The training is intended for people professionally involved in the maintenance of the above-mentioned short-range transport devices, who are required to have the appropriate qualifications granted by UDT.

Group sizes:

  • training organised at the HAK enterprise for groups of 5 to 15 people;
  • training at a place indicated by the customer for any number of people.

Methodology:

The training is aimed at gaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The workshop will therefore include both a theoretical part, containing the currently applicable regulations in the field of training, as well as practical classes and exercises and the opportunity to test your skills under the supervision of the instructor.

Estimated training duration:

  • 4 - 5 meetings (approx. 16 - 20 hours + practical classes at HAK).

  • for individual pricing.

Benefits of training::

  • familiarization with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and UDT requirements,
  • knowledge of equipment construction,
  • theoretical classes in the field of maintenance activities,
  • practical classes on devices.

CAUTION!

The training ends with an exam before the UDT commission. Passing the exam means issuing the authorizations required for the maintenance of short-range transport devices. The holder of such qualifications can start working on maintenance work of selected devices.
