Training - UDT service

Training covers the following equipment:

  • cranes, hoists, and jib cranes operated from the ground level,
  • cranes, hoists, and jib cranes operated from a cabin,
  • tower cranes,
  • mobile cranes (on a truck chassis),
  • portable cranes (HDS),
  • self-propelled platforms (scissor and boom lifts),
  • self-propelled platforms (on a truck chassis – so-called basket lifts),
  • forklifts (lift trucks with mechanical lifting drives).

Target group:

The training is intended for individuals who professionally operate the aforementioned material handling equipment, who are required to hold appropriate certifications issued by UDT (Office of Technical Inspection).

Methodology:

The training is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Therefore, the workshop will include both a theoretical section, covering the current regulations in the field of training, and practical sessions with exercises, allowing participants to test their skills under the supervision of the instructor.

Estimated training duration:

  • material handling equipment operation: 2-3 sessions (approx. 12-16 hours + practical sessions at HAK's facility).

Group size:

  • training organized at HAK's facility for groups of 5 to 15 people,
  • training at a location specified by the client for any number of participants.

Training cost:

  • to be individually priced.

Benefits of the training::

  • familiarization with current occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and UDT requirements,
  • knowledge of basic hazards and safety precautions,
  • theoretical lessons on the safe operation of machinery,
  • practical sessions with machines conducted in the production hall.

NOTICE!

The training concludes with an exam before the UDT commission. Passing the exam results in the issuance of the required certification for operating material handling equipment. Holders of these qualifications are eligible to work operating the selected equipment.
