Scope of service
Repairs, modernizations and refurbishments of crane tracks according to the crane operation and maintenance manual, instructions and standards.

Scope of repairs, modernizations and refurbishments:

Geodetic survey of the track with deviations analysis, technical opinion and graphical documentation,
Elaboration of documentation for repair or modernization of the crane tracks with respect to existing cranes, as well as to cranes that are planned to work on the track in future, expert opinion in the scope of bearing capacity and technical state of the track,
Repairs and modernizations of the crane track according to the documentation (flexible or traditional rail mounting system) with use of supporting structure repairs’ system,
Rail bonding, repair of cracks in rails by narrow-gap welding,
Repairs, realignment of existing crane tracks to meet the requirements of appropriate standards, instructions and crane operation and maintenance manual,

During project execution we work we hard to meet all regulations, standards and especially, Customer’s requirements..
We adapt our work schedule to the Customer’s production process – we can work in a working production hall by stages in any time of a day, according to the instruction of work which we will prepare.
