Scope of service

Repairs and modernizations of crane supporting structures basing on Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) authorizations: decision Nr UD-28-9-N/2-08 dated 16.04.2008r. – repairs, decision Nr UD-28-9-P/1-03 dated 15.09.2003r. – modernizations.

Scope of repairs, modernization and refurbishments:

Tests, geometry measurement, evaluation of supporting structure technical state with technical opinion,
Elaboration of documentation for repair or modernization approved by appropriate Office of Technical Inspection agency,
Adaptation of the supporting structure to changed localization or technological process (extension, shortening, elevation),
Increasing of bearing capacity with crane installed on the supporting structure or when the crane is dismantled,
Repair of wheels, cracks, indentations and other damages,
Paint coating renovation,
Elaboration of as-built documentation, approval documentation, complementary documentation in the scope of repair, modernization and above this scope,
Crane preparation for commissioning after repair or modernization, delivery of the test loads, load tests according to the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT),
Participation in the commissioning process with crane operator and maintenance service, delivery of test loads – depending on Customer’s needs.

We adapt our realizations to meet Customers’ needs.
Works are executed in the Customers’ factory and in our headquarters in Wrocław. Warranty for a successful projects’ realization is inter alia good and reliable transport team.
