Scope of service

Periodic inspections and repairs of lifting slings.

Inspection are managed according to:
PN-91/M-84701                 - Chain slings
PN-EN 13414-1+A2:2009   - Steel wire rope slings
PN-EN 1492-1+A1:2008     - Textile slings

Inspections are managed by highly qualified stuff with all required authorizations.
We use only certified materials.
All slings after repair are tested (strength tests) to make sure they are safe.
Individual marking with certificate number, capacity and date of next inspection.
Issuing Tests & Inspections Certificates.

Instructions of use

slings should be used only by well-trained operator;
before a sling is used it should be inspected for damage or defects;
never exceed sling’s rated capacity;
never stand under the load, if the load needs to be guided manually always put your hand on the upper edge of the transported element;
never put your fingers under the load;
keep clear while the load is being raised or lowered;
before lifting always check if the load weight is distributed properly and if the sling is properly attached to the load;
use only clearly marked slings;
follow the instructions of use.
