FLEXIBLE RAIL MOUNTING SYSTEM - RAILS ON CONCRETE:
Below you can find a drawing that shows two main ways of mounting rails on concrete:
- First on the left is mounting using clips fixed to the steel pad by welding the bottom part of the clip to the pad.
- Another way is to bolt the clips to the ground using anchors or to weld the threaded pin to the steel pad.
Depending on the environment, wheel load, temperature we can mount the rail without using pad. In this method we use special grout to fill the gap between the sole plate (continuous or discontinuous) and the concrete supporting structure.
