Mechanisms and drives

Scope of service
Repairs, modernizations and refurbishments of cranes’ mechanisms and drives basing on authorization for maintenance and Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) authorizations:

   1. Decision Nr UD-28-9-N/2-08 dated16.04.2008r. – repairs
   2. Decision Nr UD-28-9-P/1-03 dated 15.09.2003r. – modernizations.

Scope of repairs, modernization and refurbishments:

• Technical survey, evaluation of lifting mechanisms, travelling mechanisms, admissible wear evaluation with technical opinion,
• Elaboration of documentation for repair or modernization approved by appropriate Office of Technical Inspection agency,
• Repairs and modernizations of lifting and travelling mechanisms of crane and hoist,
• Elaboration of as-built documentation, approval documentation, complementary documentation in the scope of repair, modernization and above this scope,
• Crane preparation for commissioning after repair or modernization, delivery of the test loads, load tests according to the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection  (UDT),Participation in the commissioning process with crane operator and maintenance service,  delivery of test loads – depending on Customer’s needs.
